Filling material is not included. The customer fills the dummy after delivery using clean fabric scraps, polyester fiber, foam pieces, towels, or old clothing. Do not use sand, rocks, metal, liquids, sharp objects, or hazardous materials.
Training Format: This model is designed primarily for ground-based Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, grappling, wrestling, and MMA drills. It does not stand upright on its own, but it is also designed to be suspended, allowing it to be used as a hanging heavy bag.

- Close and secure the opening before training.
