30-Day Return Policy

Constantino Sports LLC offers a 30-day return policy. Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving their order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that it was received, and in its original packaging.

Products that have been used for training, washed, worn, altered, damaged after delivery, returned without authorization, or returned in a condition different from how they were received may not be accepted.

Important: If an unfilled grappling dummy was purchased, it must be returned empty, in the same unfilled condition in which it was received.

Unfilled Grappling Dummy Returns

If you purchased an unfilled grappling dummy and wish to return it, the product must be returned empty, in the same unfilled condition in which it was received.

If the customer has already filled the grappling dummy, the filling material must be completely removed before shipping the item back for return.

We cannot accept an unfilled product return if it is shipped back filled or partially filled.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the grappling dummy is properly emptied, packed, and shipped back in suitable condition for inspection.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the return is caused by our mistake, such as a wrong item, defective product, or damaged item received.

Original shipping charges, when applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Used training equipment
Filled grappling dummies purchased as filled products, unless defective or incorrectly shipped
Unfilled grappling dummies returned filled or partially filled
Washed, worn, or altered apparel
Customized or personalized products
Final sale items
Gift cards
Products damaged after delivery

Please note: Filled grappling dummies purchased as filled products are not eligible for return, unless the item is defective or there was an error with the order. Unfilled grappling dummies may be returned only if they are shipped back empty, even if the customer filled the product after receiving it.
