Constantino Sports LLC stands behind the quality of its products. Constantino Sports grappling dummies are covered by this 12-Month Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.

Warranty Period

This Limited Warranty lasts for 12 months from the original date of purchase.

Coverage applies only to products purchased directly from Constantino Sports or from an authorized Constantino Sports seller. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, invoice, or receipt, is required.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

What This Warranty Covers

This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use of the product for its intended martial arts training purposes.

Covered manufacturing defects may include:

  • Premature separation of properly manufactured seams.
  • Failure of the factory-installed closing system.
  • Material defects present at the time of manufacture.
  • Defective stitching or reinforcement caused by a manufacturing error.
  • Structural defects that prevent the product from being used as advertised.

For grappling dummies sold unfilled, this warranty applies only to the manufactured outer shell, seams, reinforcements, and factory-installed components.

Filling materials are not included with unfilled products and are not covered by this warranty.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Surface abrasion, scratches, fading, discoloration, or cosmetic changes caused by regular use.
  • Damage caused by improper, excessive, uneven, or overly compact filling.
  • Damage caused by filling the product with sand, rocks, metal, liquids, sharp objects, hazardous materials, or other unsuitable materials.
  • Damage caused by overfilling the joints, arms, legs, neck, hands, feet, or torso.
  • Cuts, punctures, burns, tears, or damage caused by sharp objects, rough floors, concrete, asphalt, pets, or improper storage.
  • Mold, odor, moisture damage, or deterioration caused by wet or contaminated filling materials.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or use inconsistent with the product instructions.
  • Using the grappling dummy as a hanging heavy bag, standing punching bag, striking post, or toy.
  • Suspending, hanging, dragging, throwing, kicking, or striking the product in a manner for which it was not designed.
  • Modifications, alterations, customization, or repairs not approved by Constantino Sports.
  • Damage caused during transportation or shipping after the product has been delivered to the customer.
  • Normal wear resulting from intensive training, academy use, or repeated contact with mats and training surfaces.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
  • Products without valid proof of purchase.
  • Products with removed, altered, or unreadable identifying information.

Normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, contact Constantino Sports before returning the product.

Email support@constantinosports.com and include:

  1. Your full name.
  2. Your order number or proof of purchase.
  3. The product name and color.
  4. A clear description of the problem.
  5. Clear photographs showing the entire product and the affected area.
  6. A short video when requested by our customer support team.

Constantino Sports may request additional photographs, videos, measurements, or information necessary to evaluate the claim.

Do not return a product without receiving return authorization and instructions from Constantino Sports. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Warranty Resolution

After reviewing and approving a valid warranty claim, Constantino Sports will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective product;
  • Replace the product or affected component with the same or a comparable product; or
  • Issue a refund of the original product purchase price when repair or replacement is not reasonably available.

The replacement product may vary slightly in color, material, design, or appearance because of product improvements or availability.

A repaired or replaced product will remain covered for the remainder of the original 12-month warranty period. Receiving a replacement does not restart or extend the original warranty period.

Shipping for Approved Claims

For approved warranty claims within the contiguous United States, Constantino Sports will provide return instructions when a physical return is required.

Constantino Sports will cover standard shipping for an approved replacement or repaired product sent within the contiguous United States.

Expedited shipping, international shipping, and additional shipping costs outside the contiguous United States are not included unless expressly approved in writing by Constantino Sports.

Products Damaged During Delivery

Visible shipping damage, missing items, or delivery-related problems must be reported to Constantino Sports as soon as possible after delivery.

Customers should keep the original packaging and provide photographs of the product, shipping box, shipping label, and visible damage so that Constantino Sports can evaluate the claim with the carrier.

Shipping damage is handled separately from manufacturing warranty claims.

Limitation of Implied Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the 12-month duration of this Limited Warranty.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Constantino Sports LLC will not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

State Law Rights

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

No part of this Limited Warranty limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable federal, state, or local law.
