Constantino Sports was founded in 1998 as a family business with a clear mission: to develop original training equipment and help athletes, instructors, academies, and martial arts communities grow.

We believe the people who create real value for our brand should have an opportunity to earn with us. Team Constantino rewards measurable contribution through confirmed sales, useful content, technical credibility, academy relationships, and positive representation of the Constantino Sports brand.

Family ownership

Constantino Sports is and will remain privately owned and family controlled. Team Constantino does not offer equity, membership interests, investor positions, or business ownership.

Internal control

Our brand strategy, advertising accounts, e-commerce, customer data, intellectual property, and official marketing management remain under the internal control of Constantino Sports.

No agency ownership

We do not grant agencies or affiliates ownership of our brand assets, ad accounts, customer data, leads, domains, landing pages, or academy relationships.

No company partnership

Participation never creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, ownership interest, or authority to act on behalf of Constantino Sports LLC.

Standardized terms

We do not change program conditions because of titles, agency size, follower count, pressure, promises, or individual financial proposals.

Measurable contribution

Sales, content quality, brand alignment, professional conduct, and positive margin determine who advances within Team Constantino.

One level.
One rule.

Every participant within the same level follows the same standards. No individual negotiation changes the structure of Team Constantino or creates a precedent. Limited strategic pilots may be offered only by written invitation. They remain temporary and never provide equity, ownership, exclusivity, or partner status.

Level 1

Creator Partner

Entry level for creators, athletes, instructors, martial arts pages, families, and academies.

How it works

  • Personal tracking link and approved discount code
  • 5% customer discount on eligible purchases
  • No fixed monthly fee or work schedule
  • Useful content and clear tracked calls to action recommended
  • Codes may be deactivated after 90 days of inactivity

Performance achieved in one month determines the commission rate for the following month.

Level 2

Team Constantino Ambassador

Invitation-only level for Creator Partners who prove consistent sales, content, and positive margin.

Typical eligibility

  • At least 90 active days in the program
  • At least 12 confirmed sales during evaluation
  • Professional, consistent content and brand compliance
  • Fixed content fee based on agreed deliverables
  • 8% to 12% sales commission
  • Selective product seeding or demonstration unit on loan

A fixed content fee is not a salary and does not create an employment relationship.

Level 3

Constantino Legends

Recognized athletes, martial arts personalities, celebrities, and respected sports figures.

Campaign opportunities

  • Fixed campaign or appearance fee
  • Performance bonus of up to 7% when appropriate
  • Products for approved campaigns
  • Event and media opportunities
  • Written image, content, territory, and usage rights
  • Selection based on credibility, alignment, and measurable value

Follower count alone does not guarantee selection as a Constantino Legend.

Academy network

Academies & Instructors

Turn the Constantino Grappling Dummy into a demonstrable training tool, a new revenue opportunity, and a source of technical content inside your academy.

  • Up to 10% commission or commercial credit on eligible individual orders
  • Adjusted 5% to 10% commission on volume orders to protect commercial margins
  • Special purchasing conditions for verified instructors and academy networks
  • Demonstration units only after approval, agreement, and a defined commercial or content plan
  • Bonuses only for qualified academy leads that generate confirmed orders
  • Demonstration units remain Constantino Sports property unless written transfer conditions are met

Transparent tracking

Commission & attribution rules

Every eligible sale is measured consistently. Every order generates only one commission.

Commissionable net revenue = product subtotal after discounts − cancellations − refunds − returns − chargebacks − payment disputes.

When commissions are paid

Commissions are paid monthly after the order is paid, delivered, properly attributed, and outside the applicable return and dispute period.

30-day attribution

Attribution may be made through an approved link or discount code with a 30-day tracking window. One sale can pay only one participant.

Excluded amounts

Shipping, taxes, payment-processing charges, additional services, and non-product fees do not generate commission.

Protected systems

Affiliates do not receive administrative access to Shopify, advertising accounts, banking information, customer databases, or internal systems.

The following do not generate commission

  • Canceled or refunded orders
  • Fraudulent orders
  • Self-purchases intended to generate commission
  • Unauthorized coupon-site publication
  • Unauthorized paid advertising using our name or trademarks
  • Previously negotiated B2B orders
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Orders that cannot be reliably attributed
